This document constitutes the contractual agreement governing the purchase of products and services through the website www.padeltreasure.com, owned by Padel Treasure Ltd (hereinafter, “the Provider”).
By accepting this document, the customer confirms that they:
Have read, understood, and accepted the terms outlined here.
Possess sufficient capacity to contract.
Assume all obligations stated herein.
These terms remain valid indefinitely and apply to all contracts made through www.padeltreasure.com by the Provider.
The Provider reserves the right to modify these terms unilaterally, without affecting goods or promotions acquired before such modifications.
Provider: Padel Treasure Ltd, registered in Cyprus.
Customer: Any individual registered on the website with a username and password, fully responsible for their use and custody, and for the accuracy of the personal data provided to the Provider.
The purpose of this contract is to regulate the contractual relationship between the Provider and the Customer once the latter accepts the corresponding checkbox during the online purchase process.
This sales relationship involves the delivery, in exchange for a specified and publicly displayed price on the website, of a particular product or service.
The contracting procedure is carried out in English. If other languages are available, this will be indicated before the purchasing process begins.
To access the services offered by the Provider, the Customer must register by creating a Customer Account and voluntarily providing the requested personal information.
The Customer will choose a username and password, committing to use them responsibly, not disclose them to third parties, and immediately notify the Provider in case of loss, theft, or unauthorized access so that the account can be blocked.
The Customer may not choose usernames that may cause confusion, appear to represent the Provider, or contain offensive or unlawful content.
Once the account is created, the contracting procedure, in compliance with relevant electronic commerce laws, proceeds as follows:
Select delivery address.
Choose payment method (cash on delivery, bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal).
Apply discount code if applicable.
Add comments to the order if applicable.
Select billing address.
Confirm the order.
The Provider’s system will send the Customer an email confirming the details of the purchase, including product description, price, shipping options, contract date, and estimated delivery time.
Orders will be delivered to the address designated by the Customer. The Provider is not responsible for non-delivery caused by inaccurate, false, or incomplete data, or if delivery cannot occur due to circumstances beyond the control of the shipping company (e.g., recipient absence).
The Provider will take necessary measures to ensure timely delivery. If delays occur, the Provider will deliver as soon as possible to the satisfaction of both parties. Delivery times vary from 1 to 7 days, depending on product stock. Customers will be informed of any delays.
For digital products, the Provider will inform the Customer about the download procedure.
The Provider guarantees that applications will be free from viruses or harmful content but is not responsible for improper use or incompatibility with the Customer’s device.
Prices listed for each product include VAT or applicable taxes and are expressed in euros (€). Unless otherwise stated, they do not include shipping, handling, packaging, insurance, or other related costs.
The applicable price will be the one published on the website during the final stage of purchase. Prices may fluctuate in real time, and any change will be notified before payment.
For any information regarding orders, Customers can contact the Provider at [email protected] or via customer service. The order number must always be referenced.
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2018/302 (Geo-blocking Regulation), this website ensures content accessibility for users residing in other EU countries. Prices remain the same, but the final cost may vary due to fiscal or logistical factors.
If any pricing discrepancies occur between different language versions, the English version shall prevail. If a difference is found, the lowest price for the same product will apply, provided the Customer provides evidence (e.g., a screenshot) within 24 hours of purchase.
The Customer has 14 business days from receipt of the product to return it. The Customer bears the cost of return shipping. The product must be returned in resalable condition.
A downloadable withdrawal form will be available on the website.
All products sold on the website are original unless otherwise stated.
In compliance with current legislation, products carry a 2-year warranty. During the first months, any defect is presumed to be a manufacturing fault unless proven otherwise. The Customer must provide proof of purchase and demonstrate the defect if claimed between the sixth month and the second year.
Warranty claims must be initiated through the online Customer Service section. Once analyzed, the following may occur:
The product is repaired and returned to the Customer.
The product is replaced with a new identical item (unless out of stock).
The technical service determines no manufacturing defect exists, and the original product is returned.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Cypriot law, except where otherwise required.
Both parties agree to submit any disputes to the courts and tribunals of the Customer’s domicile. If the Customer’s address is outside Cyprus, both parties submit to the competent courts determined by applicable law.
By placing an order, the Customer accepts these Terms and Conditions.
Physical gifts are available while stocks last. No order will be shipped without the corresponding gift or its equivalent replacement if specified.
The Provider reserves the right to substitute gifts with items of equal or greater value.
Gifts are not exchangeable for cash, and returns or guarantees are not applicable.
Gift exchanges must be pre-approved in writing by Customer Service, and the Customer bears shipping costs.
If an order qualifies for a gift and the item is out of stock, an equivalent alternative will be offered.
Any disputes will be resolved under Cypriot law.

New products may be added and will automatically be subject to these Terms unless otherwise specified.
If a purchased item is out of stock, Padel Treasure will notify the Customer, who may choose to wait for restock, cancel the order for a refund, or accept a substitute product of similar or superior characteristics.
Product availability during checkout is informative and not contractually binding, as simultaneous purchases can deplete stock. Customers will be notified of any shortages and offered options accordingly.
If no alternative is accepted, a full refund will be issued.
Discount codes do not apply to all items and are non-cumulative. Specific exclusions (such as racket crates, balls, or certain collections) may apply.
Offers valid from December 2nd to December 8th, 2024, on selected products. The 2025 collection and bags are excluded.
No additional discounts or coupons may apply. The 5% app discount is also excluded.
Delivery times may be affected by high demand.
A 10% discount applies exclusively to NOX rackets from the 2026 collection.
Pre-sale ends on October 22nd, 2025. Orders will be processed in order of receipt. Shipping delays may occur due to manufacturer schedules.
